At [Monest], we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We have partnered with Bosta, one of Egypt’s leading courier services, to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Shipping Rates

Our shipping fees are determined based on your location within Egypt and the total value of your order.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed, we process and hand it over to Bosta. Expected delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: [e.g., 2–3] business days.
  • Alexandria & Delta: [e.g., 3–4] business days.
  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: [e.g., 4–6] business days.

(Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during public holidays or sale seasons.)

3. Open Package & Inspection Policy

We understand that you want to ensure your items are perfect. We offer an "Open Upon Delivery" service that allows you to inspect your order while the courier waits.

How it works:

  1. Open & Check: You may open the shipping package in front of the Bosta courier to check the items.
  2. All or Nothing: You must choose to either accept the full order or reject the full order. We do not currently allow partial delivery (taking some items and returning others) at the door.
  3. If You Accept: You simply pay the total order amount (if Cash on Delivery) or sign for the package (if pre-paid).
  4. If You Reject: If you decide not to keep the order for any reason, you may return the entire package to the driver.
  • Mandatory Fee: If you reject the order at the door, you are required to pay the shipping fee to the courier (90 EGP for Cairo / 100 EGP for Outside Cairo).

Need to change items? If you rejected the package because you wanted to change the size, color, or select specific items only, simply pay the shipping fee to the driver to close the current order. Afterward, please contact our customer service, and we will create a brand new order for you with the correct items you desire.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Bosta. You can track your shipment status directly through the Bosta website or mobile app.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your phone number and address are correct. Bosta will attempt to contact you to arrange delivery. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
