Return & Refund Policy
At Monest, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help. We offer a transparent return process to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the highest quality standards for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 1 day of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or make-up stains.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.
2. Returns "At the Door" (Upon Delivery)
As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, we offer an "Open Upon Delivery" service.
- Inspect First: You may open the package while the Bosta courier waits.
- All or Nothing: You must accept the entire order or reject the entire order. Partial returns (taking one item and returning another) are not permitted at the door.
- If You Reject: If you choose not to accept the package, you must return it to the courier immediately. You are only required to pay the shipping fee (90 EGP for Cairo / 100 EGP for other governorates).
3. Returns "After Delivery" (After the Courier Leaves)
If you accepted the package but later decided to return an item (within 14 days), the process is as follows:
A. How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@monest.shop or via WhatsApp at +201035751475.
- Provide your Order Number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will arrange for a Bosta courier to pick up the return package from your location.
B. Return Shipping Fees:
- Change of Mind: If the return is due to a wrong size selection or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees (deducted from the refund amount). The fee is the standard rate: 90 EGP (Cairo) / 100 EGP (Outside Cairo).
- Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, Monest covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
4. Exchange Policy
To ensure you get the correct item as fast as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we follow a "Return & Re-order" process:
- Follow the steps above to return the unwanted item.
- Place a new order for the correct size, color, or style immediately on our website.
- This ensures your desired item doesn't go out of stock while we process your return.
5. Refund Method
Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse and inspect the condition of the items, we will process your refund.
- Credit/Debit Card Orders: The amount will be refunded to your original payment card. (Please allow 5–14 business days for the bank to process the transaction).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash/Mobile Wallet. We do not issue cash refunds via the courier.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Hijab underscarves/bonnets (if the package is opened).
- Intimate wear or swimwear.
